In this group we will aspire to:
- Practice nonjudgment and compassion.
- Nurture joy and soul-full sustenance.
- Engage and empower our innate skillfulness.
- Honor diverse realities and experiences.
The group process will be informed by an anti-oppressive lens with integration of trauma-responsive practices, mindfulness, and evidence-based strategies to address difficulties commonly experienced by behavioral health practitioners. Group members will also co-create their experience.
Jillian Wright, LPCC, LADC (she/her) offers this group as a love letter to the many kinds of helpers.
