In this group we will aspire to:

  • Practice nonjudgment and compassion.
  • Nurture joy and soul-full sustenance.
  • Engage and empower our innate skillfulness.
  • Honor diverse realities and experiences.

The group process will be informed by an anti-oppressive lens with integration of trauma-responsive practices, mindfulness, and evidence-based strategies to address difficulties commonly experienced by behavioral health practitioners. Group members will also co-create their experience.

Jillian Wright, LPCC, LADC (she/her) offers this group as a love letter to the many kinds of helpers. The concept and guiding structure for this group is informed by 20 years of conditions, training, education, and lived experience. Jillian has nearly 10 years in the field in a variety of settings and currently works in a full-time role which affords her a macro-perspective on many practice settings.
